Pricing & policy

At Turnt Productions, every project is unique. The best way to get started is to send me a message through the Contact Page with details about your idea or event. I will respond promptly with customized pricing and additional information tailored to your needs.

Sample Rates:

• Headshot Session: $50
   
• Studio Portrait Session: $XXX (2 hours, outfit changes, edited images, quick turnaround)
   
• Event Coverage / Custom Projects: Pricing available upon request
   

Final rates vary depending on time, location, and project requirements.

To ensure a smooth and professional experience, the following policies apply to all bookings with Turnt Productions:

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your booking. Your session or event date will not be confirmed until the deposit is received.
   
• Cancellation Policy: If you cancel on the day of the shoot or event, no refunds will be issued. Rescheduling may be accommodated based on availability, but a new deposit will be required.
   
• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the shoot.
   
• Turnaround Time: Edited photos will be delivered digitally within the agreed timeframe.
   
• Usage Rights: Clients receive personal or professional use rights for their images. Turnt Productions reserves the right to use selected images for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• All bookings must be made through the Contact Page. Once details are reviewed, a proposal and pricing estimate will be provided.
   
• Communication regarding scheduling, edits, or special requests should be handled via email or the preferred contact method outlined in your agreement.
   

• A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit applies toward your final balance.
   
• The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the shoot/event.
   
• Accepted payment methods include: credit/debit card, business invoice, or other approved options.
   

• Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance may be rescheduled at no additional cost (new deposit required for a different event).
   
• Day-of cancellations will not receive a refund.
   
• In the rare event that Turnt Productions must cancel, all payments including deposits will be refunded in full.
   

• Edited images will be delivered digitally within the agreed timeframe.
   
• Clients may handpick their final images from a proofing gallery before edits are applied.
   
• Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.
   

• Clients receive personal and/or professional usage rights for delivered images as outlined in the agreement.
   
• Turnt Productions retains copyright ownership of all images and may use selected photos for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   
• Commercial usage, resale, or third-party distribution requires a separate licensing agreement.
   

• Clients are expected to arrive on time and prepared for the session (wardrobe, styling, etc.).
   
• Turnt Productions reserves the right to refuse service if a client engages in disrespectful or inappropriate behavior.
   
• Equipment, props, or rented studio spaces must be handled with care. Clients may be responsible for damages caused by negligence.
